My name is Jessica Occhipinti and I am a Sales Associate with Better Homes and Gardens Coccia Realty serving the Northern New Jersey market.  As a realtor, I understand the need for time management and planning. I work with my clients to pinpoint their exact wants and needs, and set goals within their timeframe. Time is true of the essence in a real estate transaction. My goal for a seller is to share my marketing skills in order to entice as much foot traffic as possible into their listing. With buyers, I focus on targeting preferred neighborhoods and relay the changes to the current market conditions in order to be one step ahead.  I am a member in good standing with: New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS) National Associates of Realtors (NAR) New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Greater Bergen Association of Realtors (GBAR).  My previous work experience with developing product programs for Walmart, Target, and Starwood Capital has trained me in the skills of marketing, negotiating, and vision building.  I am a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. I enjoy reading and am currently a member of a virtual book club. You can discuss real estate with me as I work out at Studio 108 in Lyndhurst. I love to bake and read about Home Décor. I have a background in children’s apparel and luxury linens, robes, and bath accessories.  I have a toddler, making me a Girl Mom, but before that, I was a Dog Mom. I have one adopted rescue Poodle mix and one Boston terrier.  I love supporting local small businesses, especially the bakeries since I have a sweet tooth. Since moving to New Jersey I’ve really set roots in my community and made it my home. My goal as a realtor is to help you take the next step to do the same for you and your family.
